Ghost Light Digital sells physical, ready-made or made-to-order 3D printed products. Digital design files are not included unless a listing explicitly states otherwise.

Product availability, price, processing time, and marketplace terms may differ between Etsy, eBay, and our website. The terms shown at checkout on the marketplace used for purchase also apply.

3D Printed Product Characteristics

Layer lines, small surface variations, slight color differences, and minor finishing marks are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not necessarily defects. Product colors may appear different because of lighting, screen settings, or filament availability.

Lighting and Intended Use

Lights, batteries, and electrical accessories are not included unless the product listing specifically says they are included. Decorative items are not toys unless expressly identified as toys. Follow all safety and care instructions in the product listing.

Intellectual Property

Ghost Light Digital names, branding, photographs, artwork, product designs, 3D models, descriptions, and website content may not be copied, redistributed, modified, manufactured, or resold without written permission.

Cancellations, Returns, and Shipping

Cancellation, shipping, return, and refund rules are described in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy and may also be governed by the marketplace where the order was placed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghost Light Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of products or website content. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Changes and Governing Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised terms apply. Applicable marketplace rules and the laws governing the transaction remain in effect.
