Products and Orders

Ghost Light Digital sells physical ready-made and made-to-order 3D printed products. Digital design files are not included unless a product listing explicitly states otherwise.

Prices, availability, processing times, shipping charges, and taxes shown during direct website checkout apply to that order. Orders placed through Etsy or eBay are also subject to the applicable marketplace terms.

3D Printed Product Characteristics

Visible layer lines, minor surface texture, small support marks, slight color differences, and normal dimensional variation are characteristics of FDM 3D printing and are not automatically defects. Product colors can also vary because of lighting, screen settings, or filament batches.

Customer Responsibility and Product Use

Review product dimensions, compatibility, material information, and intended use before ordering. Unless specifically stated otherwise, decorative or accessory products are not intended for safety-critical, load-bearing, or high-stress applications. Products should be kept away from conditions unsuitable for the material used, including excessive heat where applicable.

Payments and Order Acceptance

Direct website payments are processed through PayPal. An order is accepted when payment is successfully completed and the order is recorded. We may contact you if information needed to fulfill the order is incomplete or if an unexpected availability issue occurs.

Cancellations, Returns, and Shipping

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy are part of these terms. Made-to-order production may begin quickly, so cancellation limits apply as described in the Returns & Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

Ghost Light Digital branding, photographs, artwork, product designs, 3D models, descriptions, and website content may not be copied, redistributed, modified, manufactured, or resold without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghost Light Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from misuse of products or website content. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when our website, products, or business practices change. The current version and update date will be posted on this page.
